Job summary

Datos Insights is seeking an Advisor in the Wealth Management practice to serve as a trusted partner to senior executives, delivering strategic guidance based on proprietary data, benchmarks, and research.

The role emphasizes building relationships, translating data into practical recommendations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to refine products and enhance value delivery. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with leadership relationships.
• Subject matter knowledge in wealth management or asset management with 4+ years of experience preferred.
• Business acumen in corporate strategy, operations, and leadership challenges.
• Ability to tell a story with data and produce compelling material for senior executives.
• Comfortable with quantitative analysis and explaining methodologies to non-experts.
• Intermediate Excel skills are a plus.
• Familiarity with Salesforce/CRM.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with senior executives; provide data-driven recommendations.
• Learn Datos Wealth Management benchmarking studies and connect clients’ data to peer positioning.
• Deliver insights through executive briefings and presentations; participate in client events.
• Partner with sales and account management to translate findings into renewal/expansion dialogue.
• Collaborate with sales on pre-sales calls and create compelling collateral to drive new business.
• Work with account management and research teams to drive benchmarking participation.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine product offerings and enhance value delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging challenges.
• Work with research/product to ensure product quality; support content development tasks.
• Serve as author/contributor for secondary deliverables.
