Job summary

Datos Insights is a forward-thinking mid-market information services company serving financial services clients worldwide. We seek a Strategic Advisor to join the Fraud and AML practice and help execute our growth strategy.

You will build and maintain relationships with senior AML and Fraud executives, translate complex data into practical recommendations, and collaborate with product, sales, and research teams to surface opportunities for consulting work.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years AML and/or Fraud experience in a senior advisory, consulting, or leadership role.
• Expertise in managing financial risk, threats and attack vectors with diverse technologies.
• Experience advising senior AML/Fraud executives on strategy and operations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with executives.
• Strong risk management business acumen and leadership understanding.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and tell a story.
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools; Gen AI literacy a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with senior AML/Fraud executives and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Lead pre-sales activities with sales and account management to drive engagement.
• Drive benchmarking studies and analytics collaboration with research teams.
• Collaborate with product and research to refine offerings and value delivery.
• Support advisory content development and oversee major research stages.
