Job summary

Hightower Advisors seeks a Financial Analyst, Data Management and Reporting, to support portfolio reporting, data integration, and research. You will work with the Client Portfolios team and coordinate with Hightower's reporting support to enhance accuracy and efficiency in client reporting.

The role offers a hybrid schedule with at least 3 days in the NYC Chelsea office, and growth opportunities in wealth management reporting, asset allocation, and private investments.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required
• 3+ years professional experience
• High proficiency with Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Black Diamond's portfolio reporting software preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly and quarterly client portfolio reports with Analysts and Associates
• Collect, consolidate, and present data tracking transactions and valuation updates for alternative investments
• Integrate new accounts and private investments into portfolios and reporting
• Maintain and support the client portal users
• Conduct regular quality checks on alternative investment data and performance
