Job summary

Focus Financial Partners seeks a Director of Data Analytics to lead FP&A and analytics strategy for its wealth management business, turning client, advisor, and financial data into actionable insights to drive growth and productivity.

The role partners with advisory, investment, operations, technology, compliance, and finance to build scalable reporting and governance, including benchmarks for firm performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data science, statistics, finance, CS or related quantitative field
• 7–10 years of progressive data analytics experience in a large, complex environment
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and BI tools such as Tableau/Power BI

Responsibilities

• Build dashboards, KPI reporting, ad hoc analysis, BI, and advanced analytics
• Improve data quality and governance across CRM, portfolio, and billing systems
• Deliver reporting on client trends, productivity, profitability, and retention
• Integrate data with ERP and other reporting platforms
• Advance predictive analytics and self-service analytics adoption
• Establish data governance and privacy standards to support regulatory requirements
