Job summary

Focus Partners Wealth is seeking a Director of Data Analytics to lead FP&A and analytics strategy for its wealth management business. You will transform client, advisor, operational, and financial data into insights that drive growth and productivity.

The role partners with advisory, investment, operations, technology, compliance and finance to build scalable reporting and governance frameworks. The position reports to the VP of FP&A and Data Analytics and offers hybrid work from New York City

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
• 7–10 years of data analytics experience in a large environment.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead dashboards, KPI reporting, ad hoc analysis and BI.
• Partner across disciplines to improve data quality and governance.
• Deliver reporting on client trends, segmentation, productivity, profitability and retention.
• Navigate data warehouse integration with ERP and other platforms.
• IdentifyPredictive analytics and AI opportunities to improve automation.
• Drive self-service analytics adoption and data literacy.
• Establish standards for governance, data quality and privacy.
