Qualifications

• Experience in chemical water and process treatment within industrial settings.
• Proven track record in developing and presenting Performance/Narrative Plans (PnP) and Value Generation Plans (VGP).
• Strong sales process experience and ability to manage complex accounts.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and develop chemical treatment programs.
• Write Technical Service Reports with KPIs, interpret results, and drive corrective actions.
• Execute Account Management Excellence Program incl. Service Reports, Plans, and Business Reviews.
• Plan and communicate Value Generation Plans to drive water and energy sustainability and reduce costs.
• Maintain account retention and achieve revenue targets across margins and contracts.
