Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee Facility Manager(s) and related teams to meet service commitments.
• Develop and manage an operations profit plan, including cost controls.
• Plan routes, maintenance, and equipment utilization for efficiency.
• Review monthly P&L and adjust operations to achieve targets.
• Ensure safety programs and compliance with laws and corporate policies.
