Qualificações

• 5+ years of operational leadership experience in waste management or equivalent high-volume industrial/logistics environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent senior management track record.
• Strong financial acumen with proven P&L and capital expenditure budgeting experience.
• Commitment to safety regulations (OSHA, DOT) and environmental compliance.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and coordinate facility managers, sales leadership, administrative personnel, and maintenance teams.
• Drive a safety-first culture with accident prevention and safety rewards programs.
• Oversee full P&L management for operations generating up to $30M+ in annual revenue and budget planning.
• Partner with commercial sales to identify growth opportunities and expand local contract footprints.
