Job summary

POOLCORP is seeking an Operations Manager in Olive Branch, MS to direct warehousing and distribution activities. You will lead a team, manage purchasing and inventory, and coordinate with buyers and vendors to optimize delivery schedules and stock levels.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree preferred and 3–5 years in industrial distribution or warehouse operations, with strong MS Office and inventory software skills. This is a full-time on-site position with growth potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of operations experience in industrial distribution or warehouse environment.
• Experience managing a team of 5+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate activities involved with procuring products for sales and distribution.
• Hire, train, and manage warehouse staff including drivers and warehouse personnel.
• Review open orders, purchase orders, vendor claims, and transfers.
• Ensure warehouse safety procedures and adherence to protocols.
• Coordinate with regional buyers/vendors for price, availability, and delivery schedules.
• Manage inventory, prevent stockouts, and control shrink.
