Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• 7+ years in logistics or distribution; 5+ years supervisory.
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Operating WMS systems knowledge.
• English language proficiency (reading, writing, speaking).
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, leadership, and planning.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights and weekends.
• Ability to lift 21–50 pounds and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enforce systems for safe, profitable operations in line with policies.
• Manage operations to meet productivity, service goals, and client SLAs.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
• Plan daily work based on orders and customer instructions.
• Supervise teams and participate in hiring and evaluations.
• Coordinate training and ensure SOP adherence.
• Communicate status to senior management and clients.
