Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in a supervisory role
• Must be able to work in unregulated temperatures within the warehouse during the warmer and colder months can range from mild to moderate

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site Operations, including warehousing, receiving, and shipping.
• Plan inbound and outbound volume, space utilization, and equipment management.
• Hire and train staff, conduct performance appraisals, address performance issues and resolve problems.
• Meet client KPIs and comply with Quality system requirements.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts and drive cost savings, efficiency and safety.
