Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Albuquerque is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day site warehousing, receiving and shipping, and to manage inbound/outbound volume, space, equipment, and costs. Under the General Manager, you will drive performance and safety while aligning with client SLAs.

You will hire and train staff, oversee KPI achievement, and collaborate with HR on training and development.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 7 years’ experience in a logistics/distribution environment with 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and WMS systems; strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage operations systems and procedures for safe, profitable warehouse performance.
• Lead daily planning, staff scheduling, and KPI achievement to meet client SLAs and budgets.
• Oversee training, performance appraisals, and HR-related activities for the operations team.
• Collaborate with HR on staffing, development programs, and corrective actions.
