OnTrac is seeking an Operations Manager in Bethel, PA to lead warehouse operations, drive strategic initiatives, and oversee day-to-day management. Reporting to the Hub Director, you will guide facility operations, staffing, and contractor coordination to meet corporate goals.

Qualifications

• GED/Diploma required; bachelor's degree in Logistics or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 5 years management experience, with 2 in a similar industry; or equivalent education/experience.
• 6+ years in industry or related field; or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Last-mile delivery or Small Parcel experience highly desired.
• Experience with independent contractor model; strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to inspire a shared vision and empower a team.
• Strong organization and time-management skills using MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Guide and direct facility management in the development, production, promotion, and financial aspects of the organization's services.
• Direct, plan and budget preparation based on corporate goals and objectives.
• Evaluate the results of overall operations regularly and report to Regional Operations and General Managers.
• Maintain engineered staffing levels for all positions including coaching, rewards and performance management.
• Ensure adherence to the contract and coordinate with Vendors and Independent Contractors for accountability.

Location: 9141 Old U.S 22, Bethel, PA 19507

Pay: $79,800 - $119,700 (depending on experience)

Shift: Friday to Monday from 1:30pm to 12:00am (Schedule subject to change based on the needs of the business)

Employment Logistics:

As the Operations Manager at OnTrac, you will report to the Hub Director. You will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations. You will be responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the units and team members within the facility. As the Operations Manager, you will oversee the operations, as well as any satellite projects, as necessary.

The Must-Haves:
