Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager at our Marengo, Ohio distribution center to oversee receiving, storage, replenishment, and outbound logistics. You will lead a team, plan schedules, and drive efficiency, safety, and accuracy across the operation.

You will develop and implement policies, monitor productivity indicators, and collaborate with internal customers to meet service and cost objectives. Strong leadership and WMS experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or logistics preferred.
• Minimum of four years distribution center management, operations experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of distribution center practices and procedures.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint; WMS experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, replenishment, and order selection.
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Plan workforce, scheduling, and resource management.
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
• Monitor key productivity indicators and control costs.
• Hire, orient, train, and develop associates.
• Coordinate and manage replenishment cycles of the operation.
• Coordinate and manage the flow of all order selection from pick locations to outbound close of trailers.
