Qualifications

• Knowledge of store operations, merchandising, and loss prevention basics.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store functions and operations
• Provide friendly customer service and resolve questions or concerns
• Help organize merchandise and maintain seasonal displays
• Support opening and closing procedures
• Assist in payroll, scheduling, and cash handling tasks
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized store areas
• Supervise and train Store Associates under the Store Manager
• Ensure compliance with store policies and safety guidelines
