Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, reserve storage, replenishment, order selection, loading, shipping and outbound documentation processes.
• Develop, implement and evaluate procedures supporting efficient merchandise flow inbound and outbound while maintaining quality, safety and productivity.
• Monitor productivity indicators and manage costs for efficiency and market demand.
• Hire, orient, train, evaluate and develop associates; conduct disciplinary actions when appropriate.
