Job summary

Wal-Mart is seeking a production operations leader to develop, implement, and oversee across all automation shifts to maintain inventory and maximize efficiency while meeting customer fulfillment needs. You will partner with site leadership and Home Office to craft weekly production plans, monitor KPIs (OEE, throughput, fault rates), analyze variances, and drive continuous improvement across operations.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in warehouse automation systems and KPIs or 2 years leading operations across shifts.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI and Tableau.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related area or 3 years’ Walmart experience in operations/logistics/retail.

Responsibilities

• Develops and leads production operations across all shifts to maintain inventory and maximize efficiency.
• Collaborates with site leadership and Home Office to create weekly production plans.
• Drives quality by reporting schedule changes, forecasts, and inventory variances.
• Uses software systems to manage inventory, cycle time, and pallets for delivery.
• Analyzes site performance and identifies opportunities for improvement.
