Job summary

Walmart is seeking an experienced operations leader to drive automated warehouse and fulfillment excellence in Brookhaven, MS. You will oversee multi-shift automation, develop production plans, and monitor key metrics like OEE and throughput to meet inventory and service goals.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement, and coordinating with Maintenance and Engineering to maximize uptime and system performance.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in warehouse automation systems and operational KPIs or 2 years' experience leading operations across multiple shifts.
• Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Bachelor's degree in business or related area or equivalent experience in operations/distribution/logistics/retail.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily automation operations across multiple shifts to ensure safe, efficient, and reliable production outcomes.
• Develop and execute production plans that align with inventory requirements, capacity utilization goals, and customer service expectations.
• Monitor and improve key operational metrics, including throughput, OEE, system reliability, inventory accuracy, and cost performance.
• Analyze operational performance data to identify trends, eliminate waste, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Partner with Maintenance and Engineering teams to coordinate planned downtime, maximize equipment uptime, and improve system performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to resolve inventory, production, and fulfillment challenges.
• Utilize automation and warehouse management systems to monitor inventory flow, production schedules, and operational execution.
• Lead the execution of strategic projects and business initiatives that improve productivity, quality, and service levels.
• Remove operational barriers and implement solutions that support business goals and customer commitments.
