Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years experience in a senior management role within an operations/distribution/logistics environment, supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing managers/supervisors; or 2 years as Walmart Logistics Operations Manager with similar scope; or 4 years in a senior management role in operations/logistics/retail.
• Experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates; managing workload; participating in hiring and promotion of employees facility-wide.

Responsabilités

• Drive and implement the business plan for area of responsibility to achieve facility goals.
• Forecast and follow up on staffing workload and performance results to meet business demands.
• Monitor and ensure facility-wide compliance with quality and safety standards, policies, procedures, and directives.
• Supervise and manage associates and leaders, providing direction, feedback, and development opportunities.
• Act with integrity and uphold Walmart values in all decisions and actions.
