Job summary

Walmart Inc. seeks a Senior Production Manager to develop and execute overall production plans in partnership with the Director, Production.

You translate customer requirements into daily and weekly schedules, ensure materials are available, and adjust plans for demand, supply, and capacity changes. You will supervise Production Supervisors, drive safety and food safety compliance, collaborate with maintenance and continuous improvement teams, and lead performance evaluations to meet production

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related area.
• 5 years' experience in progressive leadership roles in a manufacturing environment.
• 8 years' experience in manufacturing, food processing, or dairy processing.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes production plans translating customer requirements into daily and weekly schedules.
• Ensures materials are available to supply production lines and adjusts plans for demand, supply, and capacity changes.
• Supervises Production Supervisors and conducts regular performance evaluations.
