Qualifications

2 years’ experience in warehouse automation systems and operational KPIs or 2 years’ experience leading operations across multiple shifts.
Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau and AI tools).
Bachelor’s degree in business or related area or equivalent experience in operations/distribution/logistics/retail OR 3 years’ experience supervising, evaluating, mentoring, and developing associates.

Responsibilities

Develops, implements, and leads production operations across automation shifts to maintain inventory levels and meet customer fulfillment.
Collaborates with site leadership to develop weekly production plans aligned with utilization goals and service levels.
Monitors and improves KPIs such as OEE, throughput, fault rates, and cost per case.
Coordinates planned downtime windows with maintenance.
Uses multiple software systems to manage inventory, cycle time, and pallets designated for delivery to stores and clubs.
