Job summary

U.S. AutoForce in Ohio is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead a large facility's logistics, warehousing and inventory management.

You will supervise Supervisors and Office Staff, ensure health and safety compliance, and maintain secure, efficient operations with a strong focus on process improvement. The role requires strategic planning, budgeting, vendor relations and the ability to drive performance through the workforce, including development plans and regular reviews.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership skills in a supervisory warehouse, operational or related role.
• Excellent math and accounting, with financial interpretation skills.
• Effective communicator to a wide range of people at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Measure and improve warehouse processes including inventory, transport and customer service.
• Provide timely, accurate reports on warehouse operations.
• Lead and develop assigned personnel through goal setting and reviews.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling for peak periods.
• Ensure facility and equipment maintenance and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with HR for hiring, training and issue resolution.
• Lead safety programs and incident investigations, implementing corrective actions.
• Manage budget and expenses to meet financial goals.
