U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., seeks a warehouse supervisor to lead a team, manage receiving and loading, and ensure safety and productivity. The schedule includes Sunday and evening shifts with possible overtime as needed.

The role requires 3 years of related experience, strong communication skills, and flexibility. Benefits include health coverage from day one, a 401(k) with match, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience.
• Willing to work overtime or flexible hours on short notice.
• Good memory and scanning abilities.
• Able to lift up to 65 lbs. with proper equipment and climb 20 feet regularly.
• May require valid drivers license and conformance with company driver policy.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to assigned personnel through goal setting, performance reviews, delegation, and communication.
• Conducts interviews, hiring and training as necessary.
• Supports safety programs to ensure compliance and a safe work environment.
• Assists with process improvement initiatives.
• Leads regular meetings to inform on policies and procedures and enforce productivity standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and communication.
• Receiving, stocking, loading and unloading; manage paperwork for warranties.
• Operate power equipment including forklift; may back up as driver.
