U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, Inc., is seeking a supervisor to lead a team responsible for receiving, stocking, loading, returns, and outbound freight in a fast-paced distribution center in Washington state.

The role requires coordinating daily work, ensuring safety, and delivering excellent customer service. Qualifications include at least 3 years of related experience, ability to lift up to 65 lbs., and willingness to work overtime or flexible hours with potential Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Ability to supervise assistants and helpers.
• Good communication and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership to assigned personnel through goal setting, performance reviews, delegation, and communication.
• Conducts interviews, hiring and training as necessary.
• Supports safety programs to ensure compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Assists with process improvement initiatives.
• Ensures productivity standards and effective policy communication.
• Provides excellent customer service and communication.
• Receives, stocks, loads, returns, and paperwork for all duties as assigned.
• Operates power equipment, including forklift.
• May work as backup driver as assigned.
