Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Proven leadership skills in a supervisory warehouse/operations role.
• Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and shipping requirements.
• Excellent math and accounting/financial interpretation skills.
• Effective communicator across all levels of the organization.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to drive improvements.
• Willing to travel nationally as required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee measurement and effectiveness of warehouse processes including inventory management, transportation, customer service and personnel.
• Provide timely, accurate reports on warehouse operations.
• Lead and coordinate Supervisors, Office Staff and shifts to ensure staffing and productivity.
• Maintain and enforce safety programs and regulatory compliance.
• Develop vendor, supplier and carrier relationships and drive performance.
• Plan and manage warehouse budgets and operating expenses.
• Support HR in staffing, training and employee development initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and lead special projects and acquisitions.
