Job summary

The Operations Manager II at DHL Supply Chain will lead a diverse team of Supervisors, driving safe, efficient warehouse operations and implementing best practices to boost productivity. You will develop workflows, manage labor plans, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ years logistics industry experience required.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or management role required.
• Experience with P&L management, objective setting, and project management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a diverse team of Supervisors and indirect reports.
• Develop and implement efficient workflows, labor plans, standardize processes, and best practices.
• Uphold health and safety regulations and foster a culture of safety.
• Compile reports on KPIs, including productivity and accuracy metrics.
• Foster open communication and collaboration among leadership and associates.
• Collaborate with HR and site leadership for supervisor hiring processes.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to fulfill customer orders promptly.
• Partner with customers to address issues and enhance customer satisfaction.
