Job summary

Smurfit Westrock Packaging Solutions is seeking an Operations Manager to plan, direct, and coordinate branch warehouse operations. You will oversee staff, develop supervisors, and ensure safety and efficiency across routing, receiving, forklift operations, and inventory.

You will coordinate with drivers, dispatchers, and accounting, driving continuous improvement and cost controls. A solid background in warehouse operations and budgeting is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Industrial Management, or related field preferred.
• Four or more years of experience as warehouse team lead or supervisor.
• General fluency in English, verbal and written.
• Intermediate computer literacy, MS Office knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate branch operations and daily warehouse activities.
• Develop supervisors and team leaders to oversee daily routines and teams.
• Monitor safety policies and equipment operation to ensure safe work practices.
• Coordinate scheduling, routes, and data entry; work with accounting on invoices and billing.
• Prepare reporting and budgets for warehouse operations and staffing.
