Job summary

Smurfit Westrock Packaging Solutions in Orlando, FL is seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to coordinate the daily workflow of warehouse staff under the direction of the Warehouse Supervisor.

You will train staff, coach for productivity and quality, ensure safety and accuracy of orders, and help manage shift schedules to meet peak demand. Two years of warehouse clerk experience and strong English skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years’ experience as warehouse clerk.
• General fluency in English, verbal and written.
• Basic computer literacy; familiarity with MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily workflow and productivity of warehouse staff under the Warehouse Supervisor.
• Provide daily coaching to staff to improve productivity, performance, and quality.
• Monitor safety, compliance, and use of warehouse equipment.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and data entry as directed.
• Coordinate and adjust shift schedules to meet peak demand.
• Maintain clean, safe, and accessible warehouse environment.
