Job summary

Smurfit Westrock is a leading provider of sustainable packaging solutions. The Warehouse Supervisor will plan, organize, and monitor receiving, storage, and distribution while supervising warehouse staff to meet internal and external customer requirements.

The role requires four years of warehouse leadership experience, strong English communication skills, and familiarity with WMS and Microsoft Office. Safety and budgeting responsibilities are included as part of day-to-day leadership duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management, Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of four years of experience in a warehouse leadership role (team lead/supervisor) required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with WMS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and monitor receiving, storage, and distribution of all products.
• Supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Develop team leaders to oversee daily routines of assigned teams.
• Ensure safety policies and operation of equipment are followed.
• Coordinate with drivers and dispatcher; assist with routing and scheduling.
• Work with accounting to resolve invoices and billing issues.
• Improve safety practices and warehouse processes with Safety Director.
• Ensure proper storage and inventory rotation; meet customer requirements.
• Provide reports on warehouse performance and budgeting needs.
