Job summary

U.S. AutoForce is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to oversee the warehouse and operational functions for a smaller facility. You will lead supervisors, office staff and drivers, ensuring safety, efficiency and accurate reporting.

Responsibilities include managing inventory, coordinating budgets, partnering with sales, and driving process improvement to meet financial goals. This role requires strong leadership and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in business or 4 years warehouse/operations experience.
• Demonstrated leadership skills in a supervisory warehouse, operational or related role.
• Knowledgeable in material handling and inventory documentation.
• Budgeting, supply contracts and shipping requirements knowledge.
• Math, accounting and financial interpretation skills.
• Effective communicator to a wide range of people at all levels of the organization.
• Ability to maintain customer and supplier relationships and project a positive image.
• Solid product, technical and customer service knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee measurement and effectiveness of all warehouse processes including inventory management, transportation, customer service and personnel.
• Ensure safety programs and audits are followed; manage facilities and equipment.
• Produce timely, accurate reports on warehouse operations.
• Develop relationships with vendors, suppliers and shippers.
• Lead and coach personnel; set objectives and conduct 30/60/90 day reviews.
• Coordinate staffing and scheduling to meet workload and peak seasons.
• Support HR with interviews, training and issue management.
• Direct budget planning for the facility and monitor expenses.
