Job summary

U.S. Venture, a leading firm in the U.S. AutoForce division, seeks a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee a work group and meet department goals.

The role runs Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, with hourly pay of $25–$27 based on experience. Qualifications

• 3 years of related experience.
• Ability to supervise assistants and receivers.
• Knowledge of or ability to learn computer systems.
• Willing to work overtime or flexible hours on short notice.
• Good memory and scanning abilities.
• Good communication and math skills.
• Able to lift up to 65 lbs. with proper equipment and climb 20 feet regularly.
• Able to learn to use a forklift.
• May require valid driver’s license and compliance with company driver policy.
• Must pass pre-employment drug test (non-THC testing).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to assigned personnel through goal setting, performance reviews, delegation and communication.
• Conduct interviews, hiring and training as necessary.
• Support safety programs to ensure policy compliance and a safe work environment.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives.
• Lead regular meetings to keep staff informed and enforce productivity standards.
• Ensure excellent customer service and communication.
• Handle receiving activities: check in, stock, and accuracy.
• Manage loading for daily and special deliveries, optimize space usage.
• Oversee returns: inspect, restock, and handle warranty paperwork.
• Operate power equipment including forklift; may serve as backup driver.
