Faymonville Group North America is seeking a full-time Warehouse & Logistics Manager in Little Rock, AR. You will lead daily warehouse operations, ensure safety and accuracy, and meet production deadlines while guiding a team and driving continuous improvement.

You will optimize material flow using WMS, maintain inventory integrity, and coordinate with vendors and internal logistics. The role requires proven logistics experience, a bachelor's in a related field, and strong leadership and

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
• Strong leadership with ability to train and motivate teams.
• Proficiency with WMS and inventory software.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and 5S.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse and logistics operations with a focus on safety and accuracy.
• Meet production delivery deadlines and adapt to schedule changes.
• Improve productivity, minimize downtime, and optimize resource usage.
• Utilize WMS and inventory control software for tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and WMS reconciliation.
• Optimize warehouse layout, storage systems, and workflow for maximum productivity.
• Communicate with vendors and internal logistics regarding issues.
• Enforce safety rules and elevate violations as needed.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with all quality standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
• Train, schedule, and manage team performance and attendance.
