Qualifications

• Certifications such as APICS CSCP, CLTD, OSHA 30, or Lean/Six Sigma are beneficial.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with WMS and inventory software.

Warehouse & Logistics Manager

To grow our team in Little Rock (AR, US), we are looking for a full-time

Position overview

The Warehouse & Logistics Manager oversees warehouse logistics and internal transport operations, ensuring efficient material flow, minimal inventory, and full adherence to safety and quality standards. You’ll lead and develop your team while driving continuous improvement in efficiency and performance.

Lead daily warehouse and logistics operations with a focus on safety and accuracy

Meet production delivery deadlines and adapt to schedule changes

Improve productivity, minimize downtime, and optimize resource usage

Utilize WMS and inventory control software for tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.

Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts, audits, and WMS reconciliation.

Optimize warehouse layout, storage systems, and workflow for maximum productivity.

Communicate with vendors, and internal Logistics regarding logistics and inventory issues.

Enforce safety rules and exceed violations as needed

Monitor and ensure compliance with all quality standards

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment

Train, schedule, and manage team performance and attendance

Experience:

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management
• B achelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred
• Certifications such as APICS CSCP, CLTD, OSHA 30, or Lean/Six Sigma are beneficial.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate teams
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles, 5S, and continuous improvement
• Ability to optimize workflows and implement operational policies
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience optimizing materials flow and production support processes
