Schedule: Monday to Thursday 5:00am - 3:30pm. Base rate: $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• 4 years of warehouse experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a small team and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise warehouse associates on shift.
• Onboard and train new hires and cross-train staff.
• Stage and sort products for loading and unload trailers.
• Operate forklifts (electric clamp trucks) and use a warehouse management system.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized work area.
• Complete daily logs and communicate across shifts.
