Custom Goods Logistics in North Little Rock, AR seeks an Operations Lead to supervise warehouse workers handling lifting, transport, storage, and loading using conveyors, forklifts, or by hand. You will coordinate flow, enforce safety, and manage labor schedules under the Operations Supervisor.

Required is a high school diploma or GED with two years of related experience. Strong communication, integrity, and Microsoft Office proficiency are essential.

Responsabilités

• Directs and coordinates warehouse personnel to meet production, quality, sanitation and customer service standards.
• Oversees daily forklift safety inspections and reports deviations promptly.
• Maintains equipment per company standards and coordinates product flow with management.
• Enforces schedules and estimates labor hours for daily assignments.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and initiates Kaizen improvements when appropriate.
• Supports other departments as needed and performs additional duties as assigned.
