Job summary

Banque Internationale à Luxembourg SA is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Manager in Little Rock, AR to lead daily operations with a focus on safety, accuracy, and timely delivery. You will manage a team, optimize workflows, and drive continuous improvement using WMS and inventory tools.

Ideal candidates have proven logistics experience and a Bachelor’s in a related field, plus leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse management.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Certifications such as APICS CSCP, CLTD, OSHA 30, or Lean/Six Sigma are beneficial.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with WMS and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily warehouse and logistics operations with safety and accuracy.
• Meet production delivery deadlines and adapt to schedule changes.
• Improve productivity, minimize downtime, and optimize resources.
• Utilize WMS and inventory software for tracking, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counts and audits.
• Optimize warehouse layout, storage systems, and workflow for maximum productivity.
• Communicate with vendors and internal Logistics regarding issues.
• Enforce safety rules and ensure quality standards.
• Train, schedule, and manage team performance.
