Job summary

Kerry is seeking a Warehouse Operations leader for the Fort Worth, TX operation. The role oversees receiving, shipping, inventory, and staffing to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient warehouse performance.

Responsibilities include driving cycle counts, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement while coordinating with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Transportation. A strong background in WMS/SAP, GMP, and safety is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse, receiving, shipping, and inventory operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Manage warehouse staffing, scheduling, and performance.
• Drive safety, food safety, GMP, and quality compliance.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Transportation.
• Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy and on-time shipments.
• Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
