Job summary

TK Airport Solutions, Inc. seeks an experienced Warehouse Manager in Fort Worth, TX, to oversee inventory, shipping/receiving, staff supervision, and process improvements. You will ensure safe, efficient daily operations and uphold high quality standards.

You will lead a team, implement best practices, and coordinate with logistics and procurement to optimize material flow, reporting accuracy, and operational performance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as Warehouse Manager or similar leadership role.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
• Experience with warehouse management software (WMS).

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage warehouse staff to achieve goals and high performance.
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures for storage, handling, and shipment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliation.
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and other departments to optimize material flow.
• Ensure safety regulations and policies are followed to maintain a safe workplace.
• Oversee maintenance of equipment and facilities to minimize downtime.
• Handle hiring, training, and scheduling to meet business needs.
• Utilize WMS and related tech to streamline operations and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce costs and improve productivity.
