Job summary

Kerry, the world’s leading taste and nutrition company, seeks a Fort Worth-based Warehouse Operations leader to oversee receiving, shipping, and inventory, drive safety and compliance, and coordinate with Production and Planning. This role reports to the Supply Chain Manager and guides warehouse staff.

Responsibilities include KPI monitoring, cycle counts, lean initiatives, and ensuring audit readiness in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with warehouse management systems and ERP/SAP.
• Strong inventory control and materials management.
• Leadership and people development.
• Food manufacturing GMP knowledge and safety compliance.
• OSHA and warehouse safety standards.
• Data analysis and KPI management.

Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse, receiving, shipping, and inventory operations.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Manage warehouse staffing, scheduling, and performance.
• Drive safety, food safety, GMP, and quality compliance.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Procurement, and Transportation.
• Monitor KPIs such as inventory accuracy, on-time shipments, labor productivity, and warehouse costs.
• Support continuous improvement and lean initiatives.
• Ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance.
