Job summary

You will lead the warehouse management team, hire and develop staff, and ensure compliance with Company policies and OSHA regulations. The position emphasizes accountability, operational integrity, and collaboration with RDC departments to optimize product flow and productivity across the distribution

Qualifications

• Must be able to plan and organize work and time, analyze data and follow policies.
• Strong written and verbal communication with all levels of staff.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and labor management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and enforce safety rules to minimize accidents and injuries.
• Lead warehouse management team and associates; hire, train, evaluate and develop staff.
• Ensure efficient product flow and optimize distribution operations across RDC departments.
• Maintain policies, training, communication and documentation for personnel records.
• Collaborate with Transportation, HR, Administration to drive cost and service efficiency.
• Maintain sanitation and compliance with OSHA, HACCP and related programs.
