Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of managerial/supervisory experience.
• 2+ years in supply chain, warehousing or distribution.
• Experience in 3PL or contract logistics preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and boost productivity.
• Lead and coach a team of Operations Managers and staff, building a strong team culture.
• Ensure safety regulations and policies are followed; maintain a safe, clean facility.
• Utilize WMS and automation to track inventory and performance metrics.
• Manage vendor relationships and site operations within the commercial agreement.
• Prepare reports on performance, inventory levels and key metrics for decision-making.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and lead Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews.
• Take responsibility for the site's P&L and profitability.
