The ideal candidate will assist with daily warehouse operations, asset management, and procurement tasks, ensuring smooth operations. A Bachelor’s degree and bilingual proficiency in Chinese are preferred. This is an entry-level, full-time position offering $20.00 - $25.00 per hour with benefits including health insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse administration or accounting preferred.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact point for warehouse facility maintenance.
• Maintain accurate asset records and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Support centralized purchasing and resource allocation initiatives.
• Handle daily procurement of office supplies and consumables.
• Communicate with suppliers for quotations and maintain purchase logs.
• Optimize purchasing costs across U.S. warehouses.
• Oversee maintenance of forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Generate regular analysis reports on asset usage and costs.
