Job summary

JD Logistics is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor/Manager to oversee warehouse operations in the Fontana/Chino area of Southern California. You will design SOPs, drive efficiency, and ensure accurate order fulfillment aligned with corporate strategy.

The role requires 3+ years in warehousing, at least 1 year in a lead role, strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures, and familiarity with WMS/inventory systems; Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a warehouse, distribution, or 3PL environment
• At least 1 year in a lead or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures
• Familiarity with WMS or inventory systems
• Bilingual in Mandarin preferred

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and SOP design to standardize warehouse operations
• Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics, inventory audits, and order fulfillment
• Oversee overseas warehouse operations and reverse logistics
• Lead team development, staffing strategies, and regulatory compliance
• Drive storage efficiency and regional service excellence
