Job summary

YQN Logistics in Los Angeles is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Asset Management Specialist to support daily warehouse operations. You will manage asset records, coordinate purchasing, track costs, and provide admin support to ensure cost-efficient warehouse performance.

In this role, you will liaise with landlords and suppliers, maintain inventory accuracy, and generate regular asset usage analyses. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience are preferred; bilingual Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, accounting, or related field.
• 2+ years in warehouse administration or accounting.
• Bilingual in Chinese speaking/writing.
• Strong data management and Excel/ERP system skills.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact with landlords and property management for warehouse facility maintenance, installations, and TI (Tenant Improvement) requests.
• Maintain accurate asset records, numbering systems, and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Support centralized purchasing and cross‑warehouse resource allocation initiatives.
• Handle daily procurement of office supplies and consumables, from request initiation to system entry, delivery verification, and stock control.
• Communicate with suppliers for quotations, billing, and reconciliation; maintain accurate purchase logs.
• Optimize purchasing costs and maintain a shared supplier resource pool across U.S. warehouses.
• Oversee maintenance and repair of forklifts, charging stations, and related warehouse equipment.
• Generate regular analysis reports on asset usage, costs, and resource efficiency.
