Job summary

iCargoEx Inc. is seeking an Assistant to the Warehouse Manager in Fontana, CA. The role provides operational, administrative, and analytical support to the Warehouse Manager and team in a fast-paced warehouse and logistics environment.

The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities, with bilingual Mandarin/English and warehouse experience highly preferred. In-person work with salary range $45,000–$60,000 annually is offered, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual Mandarin and English is required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Warehouse, fulfillment, transportation, or supply chain experience are highly preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Excel and computer skills.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Reliable, responsible, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Warehouse Manager with daily warehouse activities, including inbound and outbound operations.
• Prepare and update Excel spreadsheets, reports, and warehouse records.
• Track customer issues, projects, and assigned tasks to ensure timely resolution.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives and SOP documentation.
• Help track inventory, receiving, shipping, and other warehouse information.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and communicate updates to the Warehouse Manager.
• Assist with paperwork, scheduling, and communication with warehouse employees and other departments.
• Perform other general administrative and warehouse support duties as assigned.
• Maintain accurate records and handle confidential business information professionally.
