Position Overview

We are looking for a senior bilingual Warehouse Manager for our new warehouse in Fontana, CA. Work visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a team of full‑time employees, responsible for staffing, training, professional development, motivation, retention, and disciplinary actions up to termination.
• Promote workforce excellence by implementing progressive strategies in performance and productivity management, providing consistent, equitable feedback and coaching.
• Direct operational activities within the warehouse, conduct operational meetings to ensure adherence to work instructions, workflow processes and safety regulations, oversee scheduling and ensure tasks are completed to quality standards.
• Administer scheduling of employee time‑offs, minimizing disruption to operations.
• Generate and distribute various reports essential to daily operations.
• Deliver superior customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain facility security and inventory integrity.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 4 years of experience in high‑volume warehouse management.
• Proven knowledge of the logistics sector with a network of service providers.
• Exceptional leadership, influence, organizational, communication, interpersonal and teamwork capabilities.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
