• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic customer growth by developing Walmart business strategies and omni-channel initiatives.
• Establish and maintain senior-level relationships with Walmart merchants and executives.
• Own customer P&L and drive revenue, profitability, and ROI through pricing and investments.
• Direct cross-functional teams across Customer Strategy, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Revenue Growth Management.
• Lead by example in driving a high-performance, collaborative culture and talent development.
