Job summary

Lennox is seeking a Product Line Leader to drive the VRF and Ventilation portfolio within Lennox Commercial. You will own revenue, margin, and strategy, managing cross-functional teams to deliver roadmaps and growth initiatives.

You will collaborate with platform engineering, controls engineering, sales, and operations to execute product strategy and lifecycle management, including SKU rationalization and forecasting.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in product management or related leadership roles.
• Experience in industrial manufacturing or B2B durable goods.
• HVAC/VRF/ventilation experience is a strong plus.
• Strong financial acumen and results ownership.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue, margin, share, and mix for VRF and Ventilation lines.
• Lead end-market strategy and roadmap within the portfolio.
• Direct product marketing, positioning, and launches.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and operations on requirements.
• Forecasting, planning, and strategic initiative execution.
• Drive lifecycle management and SKU rationalization.
