Job summary

The VP will drive the integrated operating model, optimize OR utilization, and partner with physicians and leaders for capacity and staffing alignment.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in a leadership role in perioperative services.
• Experience in hospital operations leadership is preferred.
• Strong strategic planning and governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and strategic leadership for perioperative and procedural services across multiple locations.
• Develop enterprise operating model to maximize capacity and align patients, procedures, physicians, and facilities.
• Lead capacity management, scheduling practices, and throughput improvements.
• Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to improve quality and regulatory compliance.
• Utilize data analytics to identify performance variation and drive improvements.
