Job summary

• Strong communication, executive presence, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner to clinical, operational, and executive leaders to advance perioperative performance, patient access, quality, safety, and financial stewardship.
• Foster strong partnerships with surgeons, anesthesiologists, nursing leaders, and hospital executives to align perioperative priorities.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve OR efficiency, patient throughput, resource utilization, and surgical care continuum.
• Drive data-informed decision-making through analytics, performance management, and continuous process improvement.
• Influence and align stakeholders to implement strategic initiatives and sustainable change.
